Good days start the night before.
Lifestyle coaching for better sleep, steadier energy and habits that hold up on a busy Tuesday, not just a quiet Sunday.
You already know what to do. Doing it is the hard part.
Most people don't need another plan. They need someone to help them work out why the last one slipped, and to build something that fits around work, family and a normal amount of chaos.
That's what coaching with AM Wellness is for. We look at your whole day, pick the one or two changes that will make the biggest difference, and keep going until they stick.
- One-to-one, by video call or phone, wherever you are in the UK
- Small, specific changes rather than a total overhaul
- Support between sessions, so you're never stuck for a fortnight
A day, rebuilt
Coaching covers the whole day, because a bad night shows up at lunch and a stressful afternoon shows up at bedtime. Here's where we usually start.
-
Waking up
A morning routine you'll actually keep: daylight, water, a little movement and ten minutes before you pick up your phone.
-
Food that fuels you
No diets or banned foods. Regular meals, more protein and plants, and fewer 3pm sugar crashes.
-
Moving more
Walking, strength and stretching built into days that are already full, at a level that suits your body.
-
Handling stress
Practical ways to spot pressure early, set boundaries at work, and recover before you're running on empty.
-
Switching off
A clear end to the working day, time with the people who matter, and evenings that aren't spent recovering.
-
Sleeping well
A wind-down that works, a bedroom set up for rest, and a plan for the nights your mind won't stop.
How coaching works
-
Free 20-minute call
Tell me what isn't working and what you'd like to change. If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
-
Your starting point
A longer first session to map out your sleep, food, movement and stress, and agree the two or three goals that matter most.
-
Regular sessions
Fortnightly 45-minute sessions to review what worked, adjust what didn't, and add the next change when you're ready.
-
Standing on your own
We finish with a plan you can follow without me, so the habits last long after coaching ends.
Questions people ask
What is a lifestyle coach?
A lifestyle coach helps you change everyday habits around sleep, food, movement and stress. Rather than telling you what to do, coaching helps you decide what matters, plan realistic steps and stay accountable while you build them.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Coaching is not a replacement for your GP, a dietitian or a mental health professional. If something we discuss needs medical support, I'll encourage you to speak to the right person.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are held by video call or phone, so you can join from anywhere in the UK at a time that suits you, including early mornings and evenings.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most people feel a change within the first few weeks, usually in sleep or energy. Bigger shifts in routine take longer, which is why the main programme runs for 12 weeks.
What if I need to miss a session?
Let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it to another time at no extra cost.
